I started making wall letters when I was pregnant with my daughter - I wanted something that could grow with her so she could use it for years to come. The letters were so beautiful, and so sophisticated, that I made a set for my studio! These work great in a kids room or an adult room - you could use them as a family monogram or to spell something in your living room. This one is in the "Faux Bois" pattern with wood rounds and it has a bit of a rustic look.
I cut each letter out of a thick piece of tooling leather and then brand, paint and dye it. I then mount each letter to a whitewashed piece of plywood. The leather is 12" by 12" and the over-all dimensions including the wood are 16" by 16" so it has a 2" border all the way around.
Colors: Orange and antique tan.
These are shown with no hanging holes - I can add holes in the top corners so you can screw them directly to the wall or hang them from a picture rail. Or I can add a saw-tooth hanger for you.
